Product Introduction:

The bridge crane is supported on the ground track or foundation by two side legs. It can run along the ground track and pass through railway vehicles or other ground vehicles.

The rotatable lifting device (referred to as the rotating part) is a kind of jib crane installed on the portal frame. The four legs of the portal frame constitute four "door openings" for railway vehicles and other vehicles to pass through. Most of the portal cranes run along the crane track on the ground or buildings for lifting and loading operations. Half portal crane, that is, one side of its running track is set on the ground, and the other side is set on the building above the ground.

Structure Composition:

The portal crane has lifting, slewing, luffing and operating mechanisms. The first three mechanisms are installed on the rotating part and participate in the operation in each cycle. The rotating part is also provided with a tilting single boom or a combined boom which can be tilted and a cab. The operating mechanism is installed at the lower part of the portal to adjust the working position of the crane. The portal crane with bucket is also equipped with additional equipment such as telescopic funnel and belt conveyor to improve the productivity of the portal crane when loading and unloading bulk materials with grab. In addition to the electrical protection device, it is also equipped with lifting or lifting moment limiter, crane rail clamp and other safety devices.
