Some mechanisms of ship loader and ship unloader are driven by steel rope winch, among which the main mechanisms are the pitching drive of cantilever, the lifting and opening and closing mechanism of grab, the lifting mechanism of main and auxiliary hooks, etc. Most of the wire rope hoisting devices adopt double rope system. Because of the movement of the mechanism and the change of the geometric position of the mechanism, the force of the steel rope also changes greatly. The magnitude or direction of the force acting on the drum by the steel rope of ship loader and ship unloader will change accordingly. The grab ship unloader with high-speed mechanism will also have a greater impact. The change and impact of these forces are transmitted to the platform of the winch through the base of the winch, which makes the platform of the winch produce certain elastic deformation or plastic deformation to a certain extent. When the deformation is small, it has little effect on the mechanism. But when the deformation is too large, the influence on the winch mechanism will be shown.
1、 It affects the concentricity of the drive coupling in the mechanism of ship loader and ship unloader; because the winch platform is deformed, when the deformation is serious, the eccentricity of the two ends of the drive coupling will become larger, so that the mechanism will produce greater vibration when it rotates, and when it is serious, the service life of the coupling will be affected.
2、 In ship loader and ship unloader, the last stage drive of the winch is open gear drive mechanism, it is easy to make the bearing seat of the open gear deflect in the vertical plane and horizontal plane, so that the force on the tooth surface of the gear is not uniform, which affects the service life of the gear.
3、 In the winch mechanism whose final drive is not open gear drive, one end of the drum of ship loader and ship unloader is generally connected to the output shaft of reducer through tooth coupling, which will directly affect the service life of tooth coupling when large deformation occurs on the winch platform. Especially in the lifting and opening and closing mechanism of grab ship unloader, the running speed of the mechanism is relatively fast, and the influence will be greater.
In order to avoid the above problems, enough stiffness and strength should be paid attention to in the design process of the winch platform. In addition to static load, dynamic load should be considered in the design of ship loader and ship unloader. Each beam, rib plate and grid plate at the lower part of the platform corresponding to the supporting position of the reducer, bearing seat and motor shall be corresponding to each other, so as to ensure the reasonable load transmission on the winch platform of the ship loader and ship unloader. In order to avoid and reduce the excessive deformation of the winch platform when the winch is working. We should pay more attention to the careful design of the winch platform of the extra large equipment, because it will be very difficult to modify the site here. Therefore, the design of winch platform of large grab ship unloader should be cautious to avoid unnecessary economic losses.
There is a certain amount of deformation in the actual use of ship loader and ship unloader's winch platform. The deformation that does not affect the service life of ship loader and ship unloader should not be considered as failure.
