Product Introduction:

The bridge of Single Jib portal crane is supported on the ground track or foundation by two side legs. It can run along the ground track and pass through railway vehicles or other ground vehicles. The rotatable lifting device (referred to as the rotating part) is a kind of jib crane installed on the portal frame. The four legs of the portal frame constitute four "door openings" for railway vehicles and other vehicles to pass through. Product Classification:

According to the use can be divided into three categories: ① loading and unloading gantry crane: mainly used for port and open-air stockyard, loading and unloading with grab or hook. Working speed is high, so productivity is often an important indicator. ② Gantry crane for shipbuilding: it is mainly used for shipway, floating dock and assembly site for hull splicing, equipment assembly and other hoisting work, with hook as lifting tool. The lifting capacity can reach 300 tons, and the lifting capacity will be reduced when the range is large. There are multiple lifting speeds, which can be increased when the lifting weight is light. Some working mechanisms are equipped with micro motion devices to meet the installation requirements. If the height of the gate seat is high, it can adapt to the requirements of large lifting height and large range operation, but the working speed is low and the operation productivity is not high. ③ Portal crane for construction and installation: it is mainly used for dam pouring, equipment and prefabrication hoisting of hydropower station, and hook is generally used. Lifting capacity and working speed are generally between the first two types of cranes. It has the characteristics of good transportability of whole machine assembly and disassembly, large depth of spreader lowering, and good adaptability to temporary work and trestle work.
