Bridge grab ship unloader is a kind of bridge crane which uses the mobile car to drive the grab to grab materials from the cabin and unload them to the hopper on the machine. It belongs to the batch (or periodic) unloading machinery for bulk materials. It is mainly composed of metal structure, mechanism and electrical control system, of which the metal structure mainly includes main beam, portal frame, pull rod, etc.; the mechanism mainly includes lifting mechanism / opening and closing mechanism, trolley running mechanism, trolley running mechanism and boom pitching mechanism; the electrical control system mainly includes power supply and distribution system, drive and control system, protection system, etc. Bridge grab ship unloader can be divided into self-propelled type and traction type according to the driving mode of trolley.

Working Characteristics:

The overhanging distance should be determined according to the width of the design ship, the distance between the water side track and the wharf apron, the thickness of the rubber fender and other factors.
