How to prevent screw unloader from failure?

5、 The structure of the drum and pulley must be reasonable. Within the scope of technical requirements, the diameter of the pulley and drum can be slightly increased to reduce the bending stress of the wire rope of the ship unloader. Small cargo damage and environmental pollution: the whole conveying system of the screw unloader is fully enclosed, which can not cause dust and material leakage during operation, and will not cause air pollution. In addition, the noise during operation is also small, and the sound level can be controlled below 55dB (a).

6、 The driver of ship unloader should operate in a standard and safe way, not in a wild way. To reduce the deformation of wire rope of ship unloader caused by human factors.

7、 In order to improve the service life of wire rope of ship unloader, in the winding system of wire rope of ship unloader, the bending times of wire rope of ship unloader should be reduced as far as possible, especially the reverse bending times of wire rope of ship unloader. When cleaning the outside of the equipment, you need to pay attention to whether there is high temperature. You need to wear gloves or cool down before cleaning. It is forbidden to open the chassis at ordinary times to avoid electric shock. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check the connection between the connecting parts to see if it is loose. The AC power supply and air source should be intervened when there is no abnormality. Only after the power and gas supply is normal can the machine be started. After power on, determine whether each component works normally, and operate normally only when there is no abnormality. In the process of using, there is also the maintenance of the main equipment. Before starting the machine every day, it is necessary to check whether the air pressure is normal and whether the cylinder works well. And regularly check whether the circuit and safety tube are loose or damaged. If so, it can be locked or replaced by a specially assigned person in time. After the operation, please turn off the power and air source in time, and regularly clean the equipment and check the parts.
