The thickness of anti-corrosion coating is directly related to the anti-corrosion effect. Without enough thickness, the anticorrosion effect of coating is unreliable. At the same time, the same thickness of the coating, multi coating, its corrosion resistance, even including mechanical properties is better than the single layer. Combined with the actual situation, the general primer coating two times, a middle coating, a surface coating or two times.
For the steel structure depression, weld, uneven parts, it is necessary to use oily polishing putty to level or use putty to patch. After completely dry, grind with 400 # - 600 # - sandpaper and enter the next process.
The primer is composed of four components: varnish, zinc powder, curing agent and diluent. Before use, mix the varnish and zinc powder according to the weight ratio of 1:3, then add about 12% of curing agent and 12% of diluent, then brush or spray. The prepared coating should be used up in 8-10 hours. Generally, the thickness of each coating is 25-35 μ m, and the coating is applied for 2-3 times, and the next coating can be applied after the first coating is dry. The drying time of the coating is 24 hours. After drying, the coating shall be polished with 400 # - 600 # - sandpaper.
1. The installation foundation of screw machine shall be poured at least 20 days before the formal installation of screw machine. The foundation shall be able to support the conveyor reliably and ensure that the screw machine will sink and make additional changes when the different foundation is too small, so as to ensure that the screw machine has sufficient stability during operation.
2. Before the screw machine is installed, it is necessary to clean the parts of the screw machine which are stuck with dirt during transportation or unloading.
3. The coaxiality between the screw machine spindle and the decelerator should comply with GB 1184-80 "shape and position tolerances, without tolerance indication".
4. After the housing of screw machine is installed, the foundation screw shall be tightened after it is fixed.
5. All coupling screws shall be tightened to a reliable degree.
6. On site installation of discharge outlet shall make the flange bearing surface of inlet and outlet parallel to the body axis of screw machine, and the flange connected with it shall be closely fitted without clearance.
7. After the screw machine is installed, check whether there is enough lubricating oil in each oil storage place. If not, add enough lubricating oil, and then carry out no-load test run. After continuous test run for more than 4 hours, check the correctness of screw machine assembly. If it is found that the following conditions are not met, stop the machine immediately, handle it and then run it until it is in good running condition.
① The screw machine should run stably and reliably, and the fasteners should not be loose.
② After 2 hours of operation, the bearing temperature is less than or equal to 30 ℃, and the lubrication seal is good.
③ The reducer has no oil leakage and abnormal sound, and the electrical equipment and coupling are safe and reliable.
④ No load operation power ≤ 30% of rated power.
