The principle of cement ship unloader is to use roots blower (water circulation pump) to generate negative pressure, mix the material with a certain amount of air through the process suction nozzle, and then send it to the separate installation through the conveying pipe on the suction arm. The materials fall down from the air evenly and enter into the walk out machine or into the positive pressure walk equipment. The positive pressure generated by the air shrinking machine will send the materials into the bulk material warehouse (bin) through the feeding pipe. The clean air is overhead from the upper part of the separator and discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe from the exhaust port of Roots blower (vacuum pump).
