How to process the groove of mobile screw ship unloader
The groove form and size of pipe fittings shall meet the requirements of design documents. When there is no provision in the design documents, the provisions of code for construction and acceptance of welding engineering of field equipment and industrial pipelines (GB 50236-1998) can be implemented. It is better to use mechanical method, plasma arc, oxygen acetylene flame and other hot working methods. After the groove is processed by hot working method, the oxide scale, slag on the groove surface and the agricultural surface layer affecting the joint quality shall be removed, and the uneven parts shall be polished. The pipe of Sha class pipeline shall be machined by mechanical method. The pipe of SHB class pipeline should be machined by mechanical method. When oxygen acetylene flame or plasma cutting is used, the surface layer affecting welding quality must be removed after cutting.
The quality of groove shall meet the following requirements:
(1) The surface shall be flat without crack, double skin, burr, convex concave shrinkage
(2) Slag, iron oxide and iron chips on the cutting surface shall be removed;
(3) The inclination deviation of the end face should be 1% of the outer diameter of the pipe and should not exceed 2mm;
(4) And the angle should meet the requirements.
The penetrant inspection side of welding groove shall meet the following requirements:
(l) The lower limit of standard tensile strength. "For welding groove larger than or equal to 540Mpa and 100% inspection side specified in the design drawing, all sides shall be inspected;
(2) The groove of non austenitic stainless steel pipe with design temperature lower than or equal to - 29 ℃ shall be sampled for 5%.
