Tyre Crane

Product Introduction:

The tire crane is a kind of boom rotary crane which uses the tire chassis to walk. Tire crane is a kind of full rotary crane, which installs the lifting mechanism on the special chassis composed of heavy tire and wheel axle. Its upper structure is basically the same as crawler crane. In order to ensure the stability of the body during installation, the crane is equipped with four retractable legs. On the flat ground, it is not necessary to use outriggers for small lifting weight lifting and low-speed driving. It consists of getting on and getting off. The upper part is the lifting operation part, which is equipped with boom, lifting mechanism, luffing mechanism, counterweight and turntable; the lower part is the supporting and walking part. The upper and lower cars are connected by slewing bearings. When lifting, it is generally necessary to put down the legs, increase the bearing surface, and level the fuselage to ensure the stability of the crane.

Technical Principle:

(1) Crane lifting principle. The elevation angle of the main boom is adjusted by the hydraulic cylinder, and the drum is driven by the hydraulic motor to collect (put) the steel rope, telescopic boom and lifting hook to lift the heavy objects.

(2) Telescopic principle of crane boom. In the lower part of the boom, there is a rotating drum, on which the wire rope is wound. The wire rope pulls out the upper boom through the pulley on the top of the next boom, and so on. When retracting, the drum reverses to recover the wire rope, and the boom retracts under the action of self weight.

Working Principle:

The upper structure of the tire crane is basically the same as that of the crawler crane. In order to ensure the stability of the body during installation, the crane is equipped with four retractable legs. On the flat ground, the tire crane can carry out small lifting weight lifting and low-speed running of lifting objects without outriggers. It consists of getting on and getting off.

But it has higher requirements on the road when driving, and its driving speed is slower than that of the car type, so it is not suitable for working on the soft and muddy ground.
