Product Introduction:

The multi-purpose gantry crane is equipped with different loading and unloading accessories and corresponding additional devices according to its needs, which can be used for loading and unloading of container and bulk cargo. It can also be equipped with electromagnetic sucker for loading and unloading scrap steel. During the container operation, the center of gravity of the container can keep horizontal displacement during the whole luffing process, so as to facilitate the container in and out of the grid guide rail of the container ship and stacking operation. When the crane rotates, the spreader has the ability of reverse synchronous rotation, so as to ensure that the longitudinal horizontal axis of the container is always parallel to the crane track. It is convenient for container alignment and can effectively improve the efficiency of loading and unloading containers.

Performance Parameters:

(1) Lifting capacity. The lifting capacity of the multi-purpose portal crane should meet the requirements of loading and unloading 20 foot and 40 foot containers. Therefore, the lifting capacity should be the sum of the total weight of the container and the weight of the spreader. At present, the lifting capacity of multi-purpose gantry crane is 40 tons.

(2) Lifting height. The lifting height includes the sum of the lifting height above the rail surface and the lifting height below the rail surface. The lifting height above the rail surface is determined according to the fact that when the wharf is at high water level, the container can be safely lifted by the spreader through the top of the high position of the full loaded container ship. The lifting height below the rail surface is determined by the distance from the top of the crane rail to the bottom of the cargo hold of the fully loaded ship when the wharf is at low water level.

(3) Range. The range of the multi-purpose portal crane refers to the large distance between the slewing center of the crane and the center of the spreader (hook): the plumb line. The amplitude is determined by the width of the ship, the turning center of the crane and the distance between the outer track center and the quayside wall line.

For the multi-purpose gantry crane with large gauge, in order to reduce its invalid range, the rotation center is designed to offset a certain distance to the water side track.

(4) Gauge. Track gauge refers to the horizontal distance between the center lines of the traveling tracks of the crane. The size of the gauge has an impact on the wheel pressure and stability of the crane. When determining the gauge size, it is necessary to consider the loading and unloading process scheme of the wharf apron and the bearing capacity of the wharf foundation.

(5) Working speed. The working speed should be determined according to the required productivity, but the actual productivity only depends on the working speed of the crane, and is also related to the production conditions and the operation level of the driver. The working speed of multi-purpose portal crane includes lifting speed, slewing speed, luffing speed and crane running speed. For the door seat lifting with large lifting height, the no-load lifting is generally twice of the full load lifting speed.
